At the Board of Directors’ Meeting held on May 10, 2017, PROTO CORPORATION (“the Company”) resolved that “the Partial Revision of the Articles of Incorporation” will be discussed at the 39th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 27, 2017. The details are as below.
1. Purpose of the Revision
(1)In consideration of the future development of the business of the Company and its subsidiaries, necessary revisions to Article 2 (Purpose) of the Articles of Incorporation will be made.
(2)To increase the number of auditors specified in Article 30 (Number of Audit & Supervisory Board Members) of the current articles of incorporation from “up to 4” to “up to 5” in order to strengthen and enrich our audit system.
