PROTO MEDICAL CARE, which is a consolidated subsidiary of our company, has acquired the shares of Fujiyama Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fujiyama Service"), Prime Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Prime Service"), and Care Point Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Care Point"), to reorganize them into its subsidiaries, as described below.
PROTO MEDICAL CARE promotes the development of a platform in the fields of medicine, nursing care, and welfare, while operating a portal site for nursing care, publishing nursing care magazines, offering the information on job opportunities in the fields of medicine, nursing care, and welfare, dispatching and introducing workers in these fields.
In accordance with this platform strategy,this company has been conducting the services of the sale and rental of nursing care goods and equipment, through the mail order site for nursing care goods "Oasis Navi Tsuhan" and the EC site for nursing care firms "Heart Page Care Catalog" since last year, in addition to its core businesses, including the media, job posting, worker dispatching and introduction.
As the 3 companies:Fujiyama Service, Prime Service, and Care Point have become our subsidiaries, our corporate group plans to expand the scale of our businesses in the fields of medicine, nursing care, and welfare.
The 3 companies:Fujiyama Service, Prime Service, and Care Point are to be merged on May 1, 2013.
